- I've had the Mediterranean salad twice now, it's really a scam in Lorient!!! 2/3 tomatoes, almost nothing in cheese but 85% salad and lettuce salad in a supermarket bag please!! all sold at €7.80, (SEE PHOTO) - I took a simple chocolate cookie, result: very soft and half cooked!! - saleswomen not at all smiling and pressing... Conclusion on the bakery there is no denying that they are strong in Lorient at Feuillette, super generous in their products and smiling, go there quickly or RUN AWAY!!!

A regular at lunchtime and a loyal customer, the problem of waiting at lunchtime becomes really hard to see and the wait is extremely long! I know that the situation does not make it easy to recruit but we will have to do something at some point. On 11/16, almost 45 minutes of waiting... And it's quite recurring. It would be a shame if your customers changed stores despite the sympathy of your teams.

Really, it's been several months and I come from time to time, but I don't think I'll ever set foot there again. The sticky tables, not cleaned between visits, the same floor, the toilet door in very poor condition, never repaired... When are you going to do something? And the hygiene in the toilets, the really dirty window edges (dust and insects!) I notice from month to month a real lack of service. Certainly some products are quite good, it's standardized, calibrated, but then... Here the labels are not in front of the good product, some are missing, we don't know the price... This lack of seriousness is sad , it doesn't invite you to come back, really. And so today at 2:30 p.m. on a Saturday, counter service, a lot of people, how can I put it...? 🙄Clear laxity and lack of rigor on the part of the staff...actions? Reactions?

Very disappointed by our visit to this Feuillette bakery in Lorient. We were served by a very unpleasant saleswoman, who only listened to half of our order, and started to remove the pastries from the window before asking us if they were to eat in or to take away. The place looked very nice and pleasant from the glass roof, so we wanted to take a tasting break there, but unfortunately, it was beautiful from a distance, but far from beautiful! And above all far from being clean!! 😬🤢 I will let you judge by yourself. (Feel free to enlarge the photo to see) Given the prices (3€70 for a simple vanilla éclair and almost 4€ for a macaron 😶) we expected a delight for the taste buds, but there too we were disappointed. Nothing justifies these exorbitant prices.

Very cozy bakery with its fireplace, but that's it!! Right away we noticed the tables were not cleaned! It doesn't make you want to stay, what a shame! I also see that you have already had these comments, but you do not take them into account!!!!
